"We have loved to shop at the location. Perfect for kids shoes. However, to find out they would not allow my 5yr old to use the restroom 100% now keeps my entire family from this store. Absolutely ridiculous, if I am spending money $100-$200 at a time and they will not allow a 5yr old to utilize the restroom is disgraceful. It’s a child, let alone we were going to purchase several pairs of shoes, we were not just browsing. Nope, the days of people behind human, kind and understanding are over and so is my business as with this store."
"I went in last night after a long day at work and in a lot of pain from worn out shoes. I had one requirement and that was a comfortable pair of business casual work shoes. The lady picked out the perfect pair of shoes. I've been wearing them all day and they are so comfortable. There was no break in time which I really needed to avoid. Very happy with the shoes she picked for me."
"What can I say? The place is clean and orderly and the salesperson was friendly and very helpful. I sat in there for at least an hour, trying on all sorts of boots and she asked a few times if I was doing alright or needed any help. She also looked up some info on a couple pair of them for me. It was a fine experience."
