"I walked in today prepared to buy a washer and dryer. I went back to appliances. Tried looking around for help. Found two employees talking. My husband stood directly beside them waiting for them to finish talking so he could ask for someone to help with washer and dryer. They looked at him and continued to and walked away! Worst customer service anywhere. We couldn’t find anyone to help us. But the worst was the employees who ignored us and walked away. So Lowe’s didn’t need our money. Seems to be a trend for Lowe’s bc we left there and went to the next Lowe’s and couldn’t get help. I even called the store to get help. We had to move one of the washers and 3 employees showed up out of nowhere but I couldn’t get help on the phone! Do better Lowe’s! I spent my money at Home Depot but I really wanted to purchase from you. I tried"
"They got rid of the regular check outs and replaced them with self check, which I consider a huge plus. I am a massive fan of self check outs. What I'm not fan of is using the self checks and having multiple employees hound me about the credit card, or even talking to me at all. I don't want the lowes card, and when I say no once, I shouldn't have to repeat myself. I use self check so I don't have to talk to employees. Leave me alone."
