"NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE! This is a place of business for families children, why is no one available to answer a simple question. On top of it, they didn’t even record that my child had her shots done. Luckily I knew before she was given more for no reason. How are DR with phds not doing the basics, recording important information"

"They need to shut this place down! There’s no way you should way three hours to be seen for an appointment. The staff could care less, they don’t update you about the wait, they arrogantly pull patients to the back to not be seen!"

"This place seems disorganized; the wait times are unreasonably long, and it feels like the staff is just wandering around without calling patients. This is definitely the worst children's clinic I've ever visited."

"Lord knows they will never pick up the phone. I've been calling for days to get the doctor to update something and each time I waited over an HOUR AND NO ONE PICKS UP. I leave a call back but they call me at the end of the day and do the whole call ring once and hang up skit. This is extremely frustrating because there in no other way to get in contact with the other doctors there. I hate having to take my kids here because of things like this."

"This was an unbelievably bad experience. Everyone I have met who works at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. The people at the desk were ordering Chinese food and yelling at each other about their order and who was paying while three people waited in line in front of them. The security guard was playing loud games on his phone. The check in staffer was talking about sports betting on speaker phone. I waited 3.5 hours for a vaccine shot for my daughter at the last appointment. I decided to give them another chance and came back today. They were so rude at the desk again (they sent away a 14 year old kid who was there alone from school because he was 15 min late for his appointment). The nurse supervisor came out to help us and was very nice. The doctor we saw (we didn’t see a doctor for the other vaccine appointments so I’m not sure why we did today?) didn’t understand why we weren’t there for a 9 month well visit and we said that hadn’t been offered to us or scheduled. When we tried to schedule today, they said they didn’t have any appointments until August, which is when our baby will be a year old. Makes no sense. Absolutely horrible. You also can’t ever get through by phone. They send you to a call center that doesn’t answer (I waited 15+ minutes today and never got through)"
