Child along with Dr Fowler....Dr Wirt is now my son and daughter Dr.his service is always superb he is a naturalist he would rather for parents to try natural remedies before prescribing medication...he is the Best! "The website and answering machine state that they will schedule same day sick appts. Or that your child will be seen within 24 to 48 hrs. However, when you call they tell you to go to the ER and this is early in the day. Or at 1pm there are no doctors in the office. Why are you still open??? The customer services is terrible."
"I came here today with my niece for her 4 year old shoots. We have been sitting in this room 45 min to an hour waiting for a nurse or assistant to come give her her shots. I work at Kaiser and never leave anyone waiting this long to give them a shot. When we asked if anyone was going to come give her her shots, no one knew what was going on....they will be with her they said. That was over 15mins ago. I am very upset about this experience. I suggest they hire more people or communicate better. I wish I could leave no stars."
"We've never had a positive experience at any Children's branded sites from their main hospital to any of their offices (Capitol Hill or this location). We used to go to Capitol Hill, but the staff are not friendly and we weren't happy wit our doctor. The online portal is never helpful, but we decided to still use it to try another location. First of all, the online portal gave us the wrong address so we were late. There's never parking nearby so that took awhile. Once we checked in, we waited in the lounge for 1.5 hours before a nurse got us only to wait an addition 30 minutes in the exam room. However, the staff here are way nicer than Capitol Hill. It's much smaller, but they keep it clean and friendly."
