"Absolutely horrific experience with the front end representative. At first they did a filling for my mom and informed her about the possible consequences after the procedure was already done. She was told to come back and get the root canal done if it causes her pain. Later on when my mom called them asking for the root canal cost the front lady today her she'll email her the details to which she never heard anything back. Later on I personally had to get involved because my mother didn't hear anything back. I called in and asked them that they should have directly recommend my mom to go for a root canal if the procedure was complicated I aslo asked her if she could send my mother her medical records so we can go discuss with someone else. Unfortunately this old lady didn't understand my request and told me she's busy and asked me to fill a record release form (mind it i didn't ask for the records for myself but to send it directly to my mom) Once I receive the form if was barely a form with no further instructions or next steps were mentioned. Apparently it seems like the form was to be mailed them back and then they'll send my mom her medical records ( again that's what I understood because the lady never explained the procedure but rather was more interested in winning arguments against me). I later responded back to the email twice asking for a clarification to which I never heard anything back again. After a week later I again gave them a call and asked the representative that i do like to speak with an office manager. It was the same lady ( although i didn't recognized her) told me that she's the manager and she'll give me a call back later. Later that day this lady called me again and asked why did I not fill the forms out ( at this point my mother was already in pain and I no longer wanted her to worry about getting records but juat scheduling her for the root canal. This lady again stared arguing with my saying she can't do anything unless I fill the form out. I clearly stated that my mother is no longer interested in get records but just scheduling the appt for her root canal to which is straight up denied and said she won't let me schedule an appointment unless my mom fills the forms out. I'm been to several medical facilities and understand the system no facility requires you to sign a record release form for an appointment. Again I wasn't asking for any records at this point but just a simple appointment for my mother who was in pain. But this lady who already was enjoying this argument kept denying to offer any help and told me that she'll hang up on me if i don't get the forms filled. I think when picking an employee at least consider the fact that that is humane enough to deal with the people. This was an absolutely disgusting experience. I clearly had an option of sueing then for not communicating with my mom but my family peace and my mom's health is far important then being pety about this."

"They need to fire their frontend customer service representative. This lady put me on hold multiple times abruptly and also threatened me that she'll hang up on me. She was extremely disrespectful and incompetent constantly failed to answer any of my questions. I also emailed here multiple time that I never heard anything back from her. When I confronted her she straight up lied saying she never received any emails. I think you guys should stop taking new patiences if your incapable of managing them."

"I wish there was an option of giving 0 starts. Terrible front end staff, they medical staff is also incompetent of performing a procedure. They do not let the patients know about the procedure being performed and it's possible consequences. When you question the staff this old lady who calls herself office administrator turns every conversation into an argument. She's clearly unprofessional, unskilled to answer basic and simple question."
