"I can give Medstar Urology at Georgetown 2 stars because while they did perform the testing correctly, I received a Cystoscopy, there were several issues. The test, which is not supposed to be painful, left me in tears and hurt for several days after. In addition, I was not given any instruction on what to do after this surgery and was left to wait in the room. And when I was getting dressed which they knew, the student trainee opened up the door fully without knocking and exposing me completely naked to the entire hallway staff members. I would not recommend as the service seemed rushed, confusing, and careless."
