"There's no elevator. The rooms are spread out over the complex. It snowed and rained when I got there. I walked and carried my bags for a 1/4 mile. When I seen plenty of vacancies closer. I was pissed but the room was spacious, clean and affordable and the parking was plentiful and free."

"This is the perfect place to hang your hat if you have a long layover or inclement weather. Micheal the manager on duty was extremely kind and helpful when I arrived and got me situated in no time. The rooms have a kitchen and a living room which are great amenities when away from home. Super close to the airport and it seems like a quiet and safe area. If I ever have a goofy layover again I’ll be sure to be back."

"The room was excellent. There is not an elevator, though, in case you have a lot of luggage (as I did), and they put you on the second floor. Also, I wish they would put information about their shuttle service on their website. I paid a lot for a taxi, only to find out there was a shuttle once I got to reception"

"The room was the perfect size for our family and I found the pillows comfortable. Those are the only positive things I can say about this place. The front desk staff was rude. I asked for a quiet room because we were traveling with young children and got the loudest room imaginable. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have no other options. Rude staff and super outdated and dirty rooms. Will never stay here again."

"We were very satisfied with our stay. Very affordable spacious 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights for our family of four and our pet. Though very minor and I mean minor, the room(s) could use some sprucing up. The curtains had tears in them. Some towels and bedsheets need to be discarded because they have holes and tears in them. The sofa and carpets could use a steam cleaning at least once or twice a year. And, for some reason I couldn’t get the ice maker in the fridge to work. Other than those minor issues our stay was very comfortable. Area is very quiet even during the day. Not a high traffic area. You do not hear the rumblings of the planes nearby in the room, but you will hear them when you’re outside of the room. Staff was friendly, except for this one lady I couldn’t get to smile, but that’s okay. Breakfast was exceptional, but the “green” bananas they put out are not for raw consumption, they’re for cooking. The grounds outside are very well kept. Some reviews complain about cigarette butts and dog poop around the grounds, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, that’s the guests being careless. Oh and you should know it’s a two floor facility and there are no elevators, that might make it difficult if you have a lot of luggage. We would gladly stay here again!"
