The Ian

"I urge you not to rent from this establishment. I am well aware of the normal noise that comes from renting an apartment with wood flooring/foundation. However, my neighbor above me for the past year and half has made severely disturbing noises and has a large dog that makes howling, scratching, and crying noises from 7 pm to 5 am in the morning. I have countless nights where I miss sleep because of the noise disturbances and I have reported it to the Ian Manager and staff with no avail. Not only is there no progress after a year they have repeatedly gaslight me into thinking the noise that I record isn’t sufficient enough information. And have made me to feel I am the problem."

"The Ian is a gorgeous community located in a prime area with ease of access to many different shopping plazas, and transportation options. I love the amount of communal spaces The Ian provides, and I love the attention to detail they’ve given to every single space, especially the apartments. My apartment is a dream come true, and I love how open and spacious it is. Every day that I’ve been living at The Ian has been a true blessing, and I’m so grateful to every single staff member for doing their part to make this community feel like home. Thank you!"

"We are moving into this community in the next few weeks so I can’t yet speak to how living here has been, but I can 100% speak to the experience we had with leasing. Sage is and was amazing during this process. It was quite a stressful process in terms of looking for a new place to live but Sage was always extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind and we can’t thank her enough. We are so excited to be moving to the Ian. My partner has even said that interacting with Sage “warmed her heart”. If you are planning to lease at the Ian, I highly recommend asking for Sage!"

"I had a great tour experience here with Richie (thank you)! The Ian Apartments are a very promising apt complex in Herndon. I really enjoyed their architecture from the outside, and the professionalism from the staff. Richie attentively listened to what we were looking for and were able to tour the model unit, and a model similar to what we were looking for. I really liked their kitchen cabinet lighting, modern cabinets, and the fans that are included in most bedrooms and living rooms. The 24/7 gym is impressive with its two floors and the pool is a decent size with plenty of courtyard area and a lounge to chill at. The only downsides here are there is no dedicated office space for people that wfh (such as private room offices), no rooftop for some nice views, and the price is a little pricey but then again it’s a luxury complex."
