Very satisfied with the installation and the rundown of how to maintain the equipment and how it operates after he was finished. I would also like to commend Hilary for her assistance with answering all of my questions, generating so many different quotes for different installation options, and ultimately helping me get this project locked in and completed. Amazing customer service through the entire project from start to finish."

"Mountain Air is great! Our furnace stopped working and they had a technician out within an hour to assess the problem. Unfortunately, we needed a new system (which we anticipated we would due to it being close to 20 years old). Drew from their sales team was here two hours later and had great options for us. I’ve known Drew for five years and he is one of the most genuine and honest guys around. Cody from tech team was then here the next morning installing. He was no different. He was very professional and personable. Super nice guy and really knowledgeable. They were all the type of guys you don’t mind having in your house. Can’t recommend them enough."

"Got quotes from four different businesses. All were in the same price range but Mountain Air not only had the higher end equipment, discounts and rebates freely quoted but the salesman took and extreme amount of time, compared to the others, to explain everything and make sure I understood and answered all my questions. By far a superior company with the “sales pitch” that I felt they cared. Service techs were great and friendly, did a great job and cleaned up very well, which I appreciate. Despite the added inconvenience of a ramp in their way! The only area of improvement would be with their payment and collections department. I inquired three times to get payment made before I left for an out of state travel and two weeks later they are calling for payment. Which to be fair isn’t all that problematic except I wished to make the payment the date of service. But otherwise a great experience for the amount of money I spent with this company. Use them, they really are all about the customer satisfaction!!!"
