"Clean Cozy loft with a great location - the two full bathrooms made a big difference. Kitchen was well equipped, however, it wouldn't hurt to replace a couple of pans - the Teflon was worn off making them unusable. We ended up on the couch after attempting to sleep on the sofa-bed - very uncomfortable and bumpy - slept better after we switched to an air mattress the next day. The squeaky floors and bathroom doors made it hard to be quiet in the middle of the night. The complex was very quiet during our stay. Andy, at the management company, was very attentive and accessible in case we needed anything."

"Mammoth Ski and Racquet 99 was perfect for my family’s 4 day ski vacation. It’s close enough to walk to Canyon lodge and is right on the ski back trail making it easy to get back at the end of the day. I loved the wood floors (versus carpet) which you don’t see a lot in most Mammoth rentals and the simple minimalistic feel. The leather couches were incredibly comfortable (also a rarity) and perfect for my 10 and 14 year old kids to sleep on. We just threw a blanket over them and the kids slept in their sleeping bags instead of sharing the pullout. I also found the bed in the loft to be quite comfortable as well. There was plenty of closet space with lots of hangers and full sized toiletries in the bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and lots of space on the open shelves to store our dry goods. I do recommend bringing extra blankets as there aren’t any besides the one on the bed upstairs and extra towels if you are planning to use the hot tub or are staying longer than a few days. The only complaint we had was another renter in the building left their dogs unattended one morning and they barked for an hour but I emailed Andy and he contacted the HOA who solved the issue right away. I was really impressed with how quickly Andy responded and how accommodating he was from the very start. The location of this unit and the comfortable accommodations make it a great value and Andy is a really wonderful host. We would absolutely stay again."
