"Our family loved our stay at Lookout 21! We would highly recommend this condo -- and definitely would rent here the next time we come to Deer Valley. Everything was perfect about our stay! The living room had a beautiful view of the slopes and an inviting fireplace. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and the dining table was very spacious for our group of 8. The whole house was decorated extremely tastefully -- but also very comfortably at the same time. We loved how every bedroom had a separate bathroom. And having 3 floors gave everyone space to retreat to their own area at the end of the ski day before gathering for dinner. The hot tub worked great and had a view of the mountains. And the shuttle service was another real plus! Being picked up right at our condo and being dropped off at the Silver Lake Lodge area was a real bonus. It is very easy to give this property 5 stars!"

"For starters, this VRBO rental is perfectly, conveniently located to public transportation (bus), to the Park City Mountain Village, to the excellent public library, to local parks and to the quaint town of Park City. There are 2 nice outdoor parking spaces if you have a car. We walked or took the bus everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and included new appliances. The home came with a small coffee maker (we had 6 coffee drinkers), but when I called the management company to see if they had larger coffee makers available, they showed up the next day with a brand new, full sized coffee maker. How wonderful! The washer and dryer were also convenient and new. the kitchen table looks bigger in the pictures, but we also used the island as a table. The kitchen table chairs were not comfortable enough to supplement the 2 love seats in the TV room area. The house has 2 master bedroom suites, which were comfortable and convenient with attached bathrooms. There was not a picture of the third bedroom on-line. We had 3 adult couples (our 2 kids and their spouses) and the third bedroom is really set up for kids. The queen and single bunk beds are not comfortable for adults and the bathroom for the 3rd bedroom is on the other side of the house. If you have younger kids, this bedroom is perfect. We had a wonderful stay. We skied nearly every day and this house was a very short walk from the chairlifts at Mountain Village. I would highly recommend this amazing mountain home."

"Just finished our stay at 1520 Aspen Wood Deer Valley. We were here to spend New Year’s with our family and extended family. We were a group of 9 and there was more than enough room for all of us! The property was in perfect proximity to Deer Valley Resort….a quick bus ride (right out front) to get to Main Street and Park City Mountain. We actually walked most nights as it is only .7 miles away from Main Street. The property is equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal. The grill worked great! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We were extremely pleased with everything this property had to offer. One thing you should note when coming to this property is that the garage is ground level. You will have to climb several flight of stairs to get to the unit. Also, the garage comfortably fit a Subaru Forester. Anything larger and you would have to use an over flow spot outside…which are hard to come by. We hope to return one day soon!!"

"I rented a 4 bedroom house near Main St over the holidays and while there were some issues, they were taken care of so immediately that I don't feel a need to lessen the score or itemize. The house was beautiful, comfy and cozy. The staff and maintenance were not only easy to get a hold of, they were quick in showing up and resolving. I'll be renting another home in PC next month. I'm really happy with this company!"
