"I came here for breakfast in the drive thru and the teenager with red and black hair taking my order was very rude not only did she have a rude tone, she had an airpod in so she could not hear what I was saying and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Along with got my order wrong then got mad at me for asking for my missing food. I left still missing one item."

"The night shift gave me the wrong order, overcharged me and the food we did receive was dry and missing sauce and lettuce. The casher didn't give me a receipt either. I called and got no answer until the next day, and they said they wouldn't do anything without a receipt. I told them the cashier never gave me one, and they were absolutely no help. Waste of time and money."

"Food is old bread stale fries are dry just like the chicken nuggets. Walking into the building unfriendly everyone seems to be hanging out. I’m sure just for a check Wendy’s need to step it up on this location big time."

"Employees kept rushing and talking over me when I was trying to place my order so I wasn’t surprised it was wrong when I got it. So, I pulled up to the front to tell them to fix my order, and tried explaining why I’m fixing it here and not at the speaker. Instead of talking to me like the grown women she was, the manager huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes and stormed off like a child. I’m just confused on why she was so upset with me when they messed up my order. Very poor customer service."
