"I had an appt confirmation scheduled with Dr Matt Evans at the Sports Medicine clinic in American Fork. Upon my arrival, I was told I did not have an appt with Dr. Evans but with a Dr. Gordon in Provo. Even though I had an appt confirmation showing my appt with Dr. Evans neither office attempted to resolve the issue nor was an apology offered for the mixup. I am new to Utah and the SLC area and this was my first impression of the healthcare services here."

"I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Doctor Welch. I have seen him for years and he has always been there for me. He has accomidated my busy work schedule and seen me at not normal business hours. When I have been not well enough to come in for appointment he has even come to see me. He visited me and my wife after we had each of our children while we were still in the hospital. He has gone way above and beyond were any doctor I have ever seen will go. I just wish there were more of him and that he never retires."
