"I would never recommend this company or their sister company Belfor. These guys were hired to clean and store all of the contents from my home after a house fire. All of my contents were returned to me still covered in soot. I don't know what they thought they were doing but it certainly wasn't cleaning. Nothing is more infuriating then expecting your contents to be returned to you cleaned from a devastating life event only to have to do the work yourself."

"I will always recommend this company. With several hiccups during our move between homes, this crew rolled with every punch and worked extremely hard over a couple of days and on tight deadlines. I'm disabled and pretty useless with the physical labor tasks so these guys handled it all. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Trenda, Ryan, and Justin really managed to pull this off along with the whole crew. I truly appreciated their honesty when they approached me saying a corner of a small table was accidentally damaged but I just laughed and assured them it's ok because it was damaged years ago, it wasn't them! It absolutely could have gone unnoticed but they made sure to bring it to my attention. It was quite a stressful move overall but their crew were always in a good mood and really put us at ease with the way they packaged and transported our belongings."

Ryan came out immediately and helped ease our minds on how we could have our property moved out of our home until our home was repaired. The day of the pack out all the staff, Trenda and everyone were super professional. They also helped us rearrange the furniture in our home so that we were most comfortable during the restoration period. All our items were packed out professionally and with care. We even had a small hiccup and they made sure to make it right! When it was time to bring our property back I was so shocked at the amount of care that was given. The staff stayed with us until every item was put back in it correct location. Ryan has been amazing to work with when it came to payment! I can’t recommend this company enough! "I cannot say enough about the great team we worked with at Blue Kangaroo. We were in a crisis, with a flood in our home, and had to move out 90 percent of our furniture and belongings. Justin and his crew were amazing. They were on time, explained every detail of they were going to do and they actually listened to me, as I explained what was important to us. They inventoried every single item, and carefully wrapped each piece of furniture and packed up what needed to go. They took it to their facility and cleaned and sanitized it, and returned it when we were ready, all with the same care. I was so impressed with the respect they showed when moving our stuff. Even the extremely heavy items, they moved up the stairs and out to their moving van with no damage to our walls or doors or our belongings. They brought floor protector and padded blankets for our banisters and our glass doors to protect our home. I hope that we are never in a situation that we need their service again, but I highly recommend them. Every single member of their team was friendly, respectful and pleasant to work with.
