"Terrible service. Took a boot & purse to have the boot zipper and purse strap repaired/replaced a month ago. I needed the boot fixed, the purse was just if they could. Was told I’d have to come back when “mama” was there. Came back. She couldn’t quote me a price because she needed to look at it and that she would call. Almost two weeks later, I called. She hadn’t had time. A month, still no call with a price, let alone a repair. I went to pick my items up. Was told he didn’t know where they were & I’d have to come back. Nope it’s been a month, I want my items. I suggest he call “mama”. He acts like I am inconveniencing him terribly, while he pretends to look. I found my items in a box, boot stuffed into my purse, with several pair of cowboy boots thrown on top. I know they were thrown because I watched him do it with the customer before me. Twice I heard him complain about slow business. Hmmm, with this level customer service, I can’t imagine why it’s slow."
"One and a half years ago they repaired a huge gash in my pair of leather shoes that I have worn almost every day since. To this day, the repair is still holding up great and still barely noticeable in my opinion. I've had other work done here before and got my dad to get work done here and had good experiences."

"They have their own equipment and can do the work on site. They are pretty cheap with repairs. Having said that, all I needed was simple restitching of some $800 handmade cordovan leather boots. They botched the stitching. It's a simple job and they didn't do it well. If you have cheap shoes/boots and don't care about how they look after the work is done, you can get cheap repairs here. If you have quality items and want high quality work done, find somewhere else."
