Ross Dress for Less

"I like it that your store is attached to the mall so I can go shop at both places. This store usually don’t have a lot of inventory out on the shelf and the lines are ridiculously long. I tend to just give up and put my stuff back on the shelf and leave your store because the wait time is so long. Please try to figure out a way to retain your employees and hire more."

"I’ve been shopping at this Ross for years! And I have not once had a bad customer service experience until today. This cashier named Joshua (tall, black, bald, male) was so rude to me when I was checking out with one item. I could tell he was having a bad day (nothing wrong with having bad days we all have them) but his behavior was so unprofessional and so disrespectful. As he scanned my item I gave him cash and he immediately got upset and rolled his eyes people behind in the line were staring at me and I felt so uncomfortable and he gave me my change back and threw me my bag at me falling to floor me having to bend down and pick it up and he moved on. Not a single sorry or anything. I have never experienced this in my years of living in Denton and coming to Ross. I enjoyed this Ross and after this. I am definitely not coming back here again, I am for sure telling everyone I know to not come to this Ross again. Fix his rude attitude."

"We went to return our dresses the we couldn't use because mine of course did not fit right, and both of them were not the right length! As we were making the return, we showed our receipts. Instead of carefully showing the receipts right, the girl tells me to swipe the card, which is understandable. Me, (with my stupid self) pops out 2 CARD instead of the right one, for which I ended up with 2 transactions instead of the one going to the right one, plus ended up having my sister's transactions go to her card! We had to wait in a LONG LINE because this place simply DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO WORK!! I could never understand that! Then, looking at the receipts, due to my mistake, we had to GO BACK THROUGH ANOTHER LONG LINE just to remedy the situation! I showed the girl about what happened--she just says, 'That's just it done'--in effect! While it wasn't ALL her fault, she finally gives me the receipt belonging to my sister, and as I carefully examined it, it did say 'returned', only to find that it was a flat zero! She gave the receipt to us where we made the purchase from the other store! Yes we made a return over on this side, because it would be too far far for our friend, and too much gas--I understand that. Though this was a mistake on my part, she should have known that it was ridiculous on her part to take the time to check out the receipt! Lousy, lousy, LOUSY SERVICE!!! I had to give the money back to my sister on Zelle, so that it would go back to her card! I don't ever want to come back here again, because to me, they don't have much of anything!!"

"The staff was nice but stated they don’t have a military discount. Every other Ross store I have ever been to has provided me with a military discount."

"My wife was able to find a good workout outfit at this location. They had a pretty good selection which was very helpful. This location is attached to the mall as well and had checkout registers on both sides of the store which helped with the lines and wait times."
