"I am very disappointed with the Smart Choice Clinic. I was referred to the clinic and was impressed with my initial visit. The young lady who assisted me was great. I received the Semaglutide Shot along with B12/Lipo the first week. I paid over $500. for the blood work and 6 weeks worth of shots. My insurance provider sent me an additional bill for $150. that was charged to Nikki for a service I didn't receive and I paid $89 for the blood work. I did not mind paying for any service I received. However, within 6 weeks, I only lost 3 pounds. I followed a proper diet and exercised regularly. I never met Nikki or received any consultation from her. Lastly, I tried Semaglutide shots from another company and successfully lost weight before. After a year off, I decided to try it again and was referred here. The results were no where near the previous results and I don't understand why. Very disappointed."
"My sister had purchased a small rosewood scented box 30 years ago. It is still very fragrant with sandalwood. I looked up the company and sure enough they are still selling those rosewood scented boxes. I purchased one. As the company is in Australia and I'm in California I expected a long turn around time. I was wrong. I received my box very quickly. I loved it so much I purchased 3 more each with different scents."
"Honestly this needs to be 10 stars. Great customer service, Professional, clean. I came for my well woman exam. And left out with my B12 shot, waist trainer and more. I will be coming back every week for my B12 shot plus the IV Drip for my vitamins. I love the staff plus Ms. Nicki was awesome. I love everything this place."
