"Wow! Car insurance got far more expensive really quickly, I wasn't able to renew my last policy at a different place because I prepared and budgeted certain amount that was not nearly enough to cover it when I showed up and they quoted me a price that was like 55% more than what I've been paying a month for the two plus years before that. And then I had to adjust my budget when I don't have a reliable, consistent income at the moment. Then weigh the risk of how much I would save by not having it at a time when I could really use the extra money. So for a couple months I drove very little and continued to look for opportunities to fix the income problem and checked some other quotes. Fixed the issue today and got a new policy and they gave me the cheapest price from my other quotes but still substantially more than what I was paying for the last policy but I don't think that's their fault anymore. When I thought my old place was trying to scam me and didn't understand why because they knew I had no money. So what did they have to gain? Amtex also gave the best initial rate to get the policy started. (The monthly is comparable within a couple dollars but that initial price was almost $30 difference which I find odd, but know very little about, since after looking at the policy I'm pretty sure it's the same insurance company they both set me up with?) I'm appreciative because I need it but still don't know how I'm going to adjust my budget since I had a hard time making the previous payment. I think I went from $92 a month to $147. And that's a lot of money to pay when my car's garbage when the accident occurs whether I have it if not if it's my fault. But it is the right thing to do. And now at least I don't have to be responsible for ruining somebody else's vehicle, leaving the burden on them, through no fault of their own it if I hit them. Then I just have to hope they hit me instead, if I want my compensation. As this was nothing but the very basic liability insurance that went up over 50% since I renewed my policy over the summer. I've done nothing to warrant that. No tickets or accidents. I was told initially by the first company, there was a 40% increase by the state due to some sort of regulation. I was like okay, well... this quote you gave me is closer to 60% more, so where'd the other 20% come from? They didn't have that answer. Amtex was fair and quick. Helpful and solved a problem I need to solve. Also, I showed up like 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday and they had no problem with that. Now I just need to figure out a way to pay it next month!"

"Very satisfied. Blanca was awesome. I purchased a car and she did all the paperwork so I could leave with the vehicle out the shop. She even stayed 20min after the office closed just to make sure I had everything. You can't get a more nicer person. Thank YOU, Blanca."

"My friend referred me to this location about a week ago saying she had the best experience overall and OMG she was not wrong. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the employees, and Adela helped me understand everything so well. She was very thorough with the paperwork, polite, and we finished everything so quickly which is a great bonus. Overall I’d give the whole experience a 10/10 and if i could rate more stars i would. Remember to ask for Adela if possible because she is absolutely amazing."
