"Jean was able to get all of my issues fixed and taken care of, I had spoke to a lady out of the Dallas office and could not understand her, she charged me $75 for some towing thing that I don't even need or want and I told her I needed full coverage but she only gave me liability, also did not list the lienholder after I gave her the information. Will go back to Jean again"
