"I’ve been seeing Sharita Smith, NP, at the Humble location for a little over a year now. Ms. Smith is the best NP, she’s a rarity. The Avenue360 referral dept. can be a bit frustrating though."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to them to get checked when I was pregnant. I told the lady that was checking me my concerns as I had 2 miscarriages. The lady then indicated she was concern cause my cervix was opened that she was going to get a second opinion. Doctor Ronald LopezCepero came in and did cervix ultrasound mentioning everything was completely fine and that my baby girl was safe. They then Referred me to an ultrasound as they don’t do those in office. The place they referred me was a complete waste of time as they kept canceling my appointments only to find out after rescheduling me for the 3rd time they weren’t certified to do ultrasound because I was more then 16 weeks.. to all of this a week had passed and I late lost my baby girl.. I wish I would’ve listen to the lady as Dr Lopez had no clue to what he was talking to. when I gave birth to my still born daughter, At the hospital they informed me it could’ve been prevented if I would’ve gotten stitches because my cervix was open.. I don’t wish this on anybody but please don’t see “Dr Lopez” and if I would remember the ladys name I would tell her to listen to her gut . Till this day I’m still getting billed for the visit."

"The referral department is joke. Getting through is a hassle. They don't return calls. The office manager never calls back. The front desk receptionist don't know what she is doing. I would NOT recommend anyone here. They actually had an open house last month like they really offer such great service. Smh."

"Waited a couple of months to have a first appointment for this clinic. On the day of my visit, I couldn’t find them. I went to the address listed here on Google at 9816 Memorial Blvd #120 in the Medical Arts building and that suite is empty. There are not even signs posted saying that they’ve moved or listing the new location. I called dozens of times for several hours and no one ever picks up the phone. I tried multiple selections from the phone menu and still no luck. Please update your location on google and answer the phone!"

"This specific location never answers the phone or return calls!! I have been waiting for my PA to be signed for over a week and every time I call and leave a message I’m stuck waiting days to get a call back or a response!! It’s become very unprofessional and annoying bc my insurance is being charged with each visit but I’m not getting what I medically need!!"
