"I'm lucky that Mandy was the first hair stylist I booked after moving to Austin! She always brings my vision to life, and I've gotten so many compliments on how well-blended and natural my color looks (even when I lighten it!). Mandy has also done a wonderful job doing my makeup for special events, including my engagement pics and wedding party celebration. I love the eye shadow colors she uses (I prefer the natural shades), and I use my own custom pallette all the time for work and other events now. Thank you, Mandy!"
"Mandy is the absolute BEST! My twelve year old granddaughter wanted some highlights added to her hair. She wanted a natural look that would brighten her hair but also low maintenance. Mandy did the Balayage hair color highlights and the results were AMAZING!!! Thank you SO much Mandy, she is on cloud nine!!! She wants to see you always now and thank you for treating her so well while she was there. :)"
"Buyer be warned. Paid more than what I was quoted and left opposite of what I asked for. Came in with specific pictures of what I wanted. The hairdresser had only 5 years of experience and maybe she did not know how to do the cut. My hair cut took less than an hour, from start to finish. My work was not checked and I did not get any layers! Worst of all, my hair was chopped, hacked and uneven. I was so uncomfortable ! I called the owner mandy the next day and she was combative, non sympathetic and refused to refund my service. I sent her the pictures below and the images of the cut I wanted and she NEVER wrote back!!"
