"Needed some new jewlery asap and stopped in after being disappointed in hot topics 2 pairs of 7/8ths plus. Loas was knowledgeable, and helpful picking out jewelery for some newly pierced young adults. Cleo made sure i was happy with my choice and super appologetic for not having patches for my jacket. Marly checked on me twice and was super friendly the entire time. These guys are great at thier jobs and retail can be extreemly rough...yall should be proud to have such wonderful workers!"

"I was shopping today and found a GREAT deal on lounge pants (5 bucks!). I found 4 pairs I liked. All of the ones I chose had MANY of the same kind in the box up front. Well when I went to check out one pair rang up full price. I'm disappointed that the manager wouldn't honor the advertised price like the rest of them. Like I said there we're multiple of the same kind. It's not my fault that your employees made a mistake and put a whole run of full priced pants with the sale pants. The manager should have made the exception one time and honored the price that they were labeled at. VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AS WELL! BEWARE!"
