"I called this place to offer my commercial cleaning services. Dr Jacob picked up the phone and began to raise her voice at me for calling. If this is how they treat someone over a call I wouldn’t trust them caring for my child. This is disgusting behavior coming from a PEDIATRIC doctor. The sad thing is that I even considered bringing my baby to this place since it’s a little closer to her original pediatrician. NO THANKS!!"

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not recommend this place at all. The doctor is very unprofessional and actually got on the phone yelling at me because she assumed I was saying something wrong. She asked me a question when she got on and I proceeded to answer when she cut me off. I called from a school trying to gather information. I asked the receptionist if they follow CDC guidelines and she stated yes. The doctor yelled and stated I said they don't. During all this I was trying to get a word in and she was getting louder on the phone and would not let me get a word in. Dr. Jacob stated she DID NOT WANT ANY PATIENTS sent to her from us. I stated I didn't send them they found you. She stated tell them NOT TO COME HERE ANYMORE! Please think before really sending your children here because if she is this way "professionally" and speaks over the phone yelling that is horrible especially coming from a doctor not staff."

"My son has been going to Dr. Jacob since he was 3 days old, he is now 8. I refuse to move him anywhere else because she keeps it REAL about your children’s health. She makes sure he’s a priority and always tells me the TRUTH of the situation and I love her for that. We need more Doctors like Mrs.Anita who puts the child first. She doesn’t rush the appointment and always takes care of our concerns. Thank you Dr. Anita Jacob for all that you do for my family!"

"When I tell you Dr. Anita Jacob was handling the patients all by herself she is really the only doctor in there. She has nurses that help her out at the front desk but all you see is her shuffling back and forth talking to the patients very quickly and briefly but you get all the information and it's clear and she can find out what exactly is wrong she seems very educated, she told me something that the emergency room doctors couldn't about my son so it was great! It was a lengthy wait but it was worth it, she handled all of these patients and it was amazing to watch her just shuffle back and forth with her cart going from patient to patient. The waiting room was full I tell you very very full and she was getting these patients in and out taking care of them. I'm super excited to have found a new pediatrician for my son in Irving, I hope it continues to go well here at this location."
