"I had been coming to cool kids dental since my son had a bad experience at another dentist at the age of 1 we used to love it here however the last appt here left a bad taste for me. My son has never had a cavity and has NEVER gave them a hard time with cleanings, this time as always we were good no cavities and the dentist ( a short I believe puerto rican lady) suggested to give him preventative sealants, as she was doing the procedure the mouth holder piece was hurting his little cheek, he said that it was hurting and she snapped at him saying that block doesn't cause pain, she smacked her lips at him and was getting sassy with the assistant I went through orthodontic work at 17 and those blocks would hurt my mouth! so i knew it was hurting my 8 year old!! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I changed my dentist and reported the incident with my insurance I will not come back here even if i got paid to. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your babies here!"
"My 3 yr old was super scared of going to the dentist so I wasn't looking forward to her appointment today at all. To my surprise, it went much better than I imagined. The place looks decent, clean. The staff were super friendly. Though my toddler still had her stubborn moments, they were very nice to us. They tried to calm her down and gave her a goodie bag and toy which she liked a lot. On our way home, my toddler was happy and stated she isn't scared of the dentist. Thank you Cool Kids Dentistry!"
"I can start out by saying that my baby was scared but they made him feel super good. They loved going there. They even asked me when they are going again. All the staff there is friendly and treat u like family. I would recommend Cool kids dentistry of Irving to everyone. They are the best hands down. Thanks to all the staff. Yal are awesome!!!"
