"Don’t tell you when you make appt your child has to wear a mask if they are sick. I understand new borns go here, rsv etc. this wasn’t an issue until covid which at this point covid is comical excuse. Lady on phone said I should complain to management, I can’t, they aren’t ever there. If masks are your policy, fine. Tell people before they make an appt. But that would make too much sense. Luckily I live in the great state of Texas with plenty of pediatrics around. Won’t return, icing on cake was being hung up on. Remarkably unprofessional. If you value honesty, professionalism, and the right to not wear a mask choose another place"

"my son has diarrhea for 6 days. This pediatricians staff the nurse come see my son they gave my baby poop sample by me( patient parent) It is okay for me but it is the biggest weakness speciality’s of this clinic staff they are not responsible for their patients and job. These staffs why hire what they do for patients??? I hate this clinic staff and not recommend for any parents. They are not respect patients and don’t care the patients. Don’t Bring your children here!!!!!!!!"
