"Beautiful place on the river with a gorgeous view! Had a wonderful time visiting with family with plenty of room for all of us. Well furnished with everything you need for your stay!"
"We stayed at the"Mallard House". No ducks but a small flock of chickens with a roster that likes to wake you at 5 am. Pictures posted DO NOT show the highway on one side of the cabin and the owners house on the other side. That cabin is on the owners front lawn. While it was clean the overuse of fragrances left us gasping. Even the sheets and towels were perfumed. The steps need to be replaced and the outdoor lighting did not work. The rocks added to the walkway were loose and dangerous. Pictures below show the actual view from the porch."
"Beautiful place to get away from the city and remember an easier way of life. Most people in the cities have a smaller chance to see the stars shining bright here they wonderful. It's not my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last."
"Loved our stay, the house was very clean and comfortable.. cool air covered auto parking. Keep in mind if you take your boat, there are 65 steps on these stairs down to the dock."
"This was a perfect place to just sit and get back to nature. Access to canoe and kayaks was a bonus. We can't wait to visit again, next time it will be for longer and in cooler weather. The website doesn't do this place justice, it was super clean and well cared for. The deck was huge and secure for the kids."
