"Another update: it’s been 8 months & I still don’t have my mailbox key. Everytime you call they give you the run around. Worst apartment complex ever!! Please RUN! DO NOT COME HERE! UPDATE : The roaches here are horrible. Please stay away! I currently stay here & if I could give them zero stars I would. Ever since I moved in, when I call the office or even walk in to make a request they NEVER get anything done. You have to call them 100 times before they come out to do anything. They write stuff down on their little sticky notes but don’t do anything about it! Since I’ve been here my air has broken twice and they say they’ll come out but never do, have to keep calling. The roaches are horrible, I’ve called for an exterminator for a month in a row, keep saying they’ll send him out on Tuesday but he never comes. I’ve asked for my mailbox key, they still haven’t changed the locks or given me my key! This place is horrible and I can’t wait to move. UPDATE: Owner commented on my review telling me to call but when I called no one answered lol, is this a joke? I called the office 10 times today for my air and no one has picked up all day! I will be reporting this apartment!"

"BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! The apartments themselves are fine, even if they are a bit overpriced for the quality. However, if you are looking for customer service or an office that answers questions/remedies problems in a timely manner LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! First, the move in process was HORENDOUS. Like other reviews I have seen on here, you may show up with your things, on the MUTUALLY agreed upon day, to be told “Sorry, your unit is not ready.” leaving you panicked with nowhere to go and ,trust me, that is just the beginning. I have been without heat and air conditioning ever since the day I moved in, it is now over a month later and I have been given no update on it being fixed any time soon. So, if comfortable living situations are what you need, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have also been without a mailbox key since the day I moved in as well. I’ve been told, “they are coming”, “they are on back order” and “we will get your mail for you”. None of these have been the truth. So, if you have important documents that you need sent to your address LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Finally, every single person in the office will give you the run around. You will be flat out lied to “Your HVAC will be fixed by Oct 31st”, disregarded and stared at, or even passive aggressively shamed (the manager said “Why does he need an update? Is his apartment warm or something?”) So, if customer service is something you prefer LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!"

"UPDATED REVIEW: Don't do it. There are other apartments in the area that maintain their properties better than the Place. It has been two months since I updated my review and the management team came and walked the apartment to see the issues that needed to be addressed. I still have maintenance issues that have not been addressed and a repair for a leak in the bathroom has failed again and it still has not been addressed. It is just a complex of failures and I can't recommend them at this time. Perhaps they will get it together one day but for now don't do it."

"I wish I could give these apartments no stars. The office staff constantly changes which causes so much miscommunication which results in the tenant always being at fault. When asked to speak to a manager they're never there or always busy. The maintenance requests can take weeks to get fixed. It's a dirty community and the amenities you're supposedly paying for are either closed or broken. The apartment a couple doors down from mine had dogs living on the balcony and would just sweep their feces on the ground, nobody cleaned it up for weeks and it smelled awful. Nothing there ever worked properly. The pool was closed all summer. The police is there every other night. I felt unsafe there due to a neighbor at #1911 being violent and the office staff doing nothing about the matter. I moved out in August and received a call for a full months worth of rent for not giving a full 60 day notice. All of the issues I've had with this community and all of the times I had to wait WEEKS for things to get fixed I think it's unfair and should be illegal to be fined this amount for missing the full 60 day notice (missed just by a few days). They will fine you for anything they can. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I'd rather pay more to a community with empathy and communication than give these people anymore of my time or money."
