"Should you have the audacity to have any standards at all, this is not the place for you. There are trash bags in the hallways all time, even during times/day valet trash is not picking up. I have asked the office staff twice to address that valet trash isn't every day, but, alas, they have not. This place should be renamed to Landfill Lakeline, as it is more fitting of the complex. There is so much trash on this property. Literally every where you look there is trash. Cooked chicken bones, cooked rib bones, grapes, just food being tossed everywhere. Residents do not care. Maybe management should consider putting some trash cans around? The "art" in the back of the complex is interesting. Broken glass, doors, some wire fencing or something really make the esthetic. Grime...there is grime EVERYWHERE. The hallways are filthy with bird feces, and nests. Bird feces are all over the walls. Truly vile. Nobody cares. I will never use any amenities here as to avoid disease because I doubt anything ever gets cleaned. I've seen urine in the elevator a few times. There are several seemingly abandoned vehicles on the property as well. At least one of the vehicles has a window busted out. Possibly stolen and left here? It fits in with the rest of the property so it would make a good place to drop a stolen vehicle. The dog poop station trash does not get changed very often and are almost all in the mud so it's awful when it has been raining. No wonder nobody picks up after their pets. The cans are usually full of household trash, too. Again, maybe a trash can or two would help, but what do I know. If you're a smoker, you'll fit right in. Smoke in the hallways if you want, the office staff does. With so many newer properties and two big hospitals that just opened in the area, one would think that some effort would be made to make this place more appealing. Office staff - Don't bother responding to this review offering to help or talk about it. I have been to the office attempting to address one tiny thing, and was only given lip service. Faith is lost until real changes happen."
"The apartment complex from hell. Lived here for a year. There are no redeeming qualities about this place. Was told we would get a ground floor apartment and was given one on the third floor. They act like it’s the second floor but our building has a flight of stares you have to go down before you can get to the stares or elevator that goes up to the higher floors. Next issue was the trash pickup. Would regularly not pick up from your door even though you are paying for it. Also would not pick up on the weekends. And the dumpsters would always be full to the brim and stinking up the place. Dog park was also straight dirt with no grass. And this was supposed to be a gated community but the gates at the entrance never worked so they were always left open. Next issue was the gym. The gym was under construction when we moved in. Was told it would be a couple months before it was ready. Several months later construction was done but they wouldn’t make the gym available between 6 pm and 8 am which is when most working adults are only able to go to the gym. Next issue is that they would let people smoke in the elevators. I caught some people doing it once and brought it to the staff’s attention. They did absolutely nothing about it. I had to carry my infant child and her stroller up three flights of stairs by myself because I didn’t want her to inhale the secondhand smoke in the elevator. On that same note. One of two elevators in my building was out of commission for months. Moving day was insane. No coordination. 10 moving trucks cus 10 apartments moving in and out at the same time. When I tried to give my 30 day notice of vacating the apartment early, the manager lied to me and said I had to wait till exactly 30 days before in order to give notice. It was the most bizarre conversation I’ve ever had. I made sure to give written notice anyway because they lied to us just about every step of the way. In summary: stay away."
"Interesting how every single time I post this they repeatedly delete my honest review, despite leaving "5 stars". This place has REALLY gone downhill. It used to be a decent place to live. It's just filthy. Trash and grime everywhere, and management clearly doesn't care or do anything about it. Ever heard of a pressure washer or trash can? Tenant and management quality has beyond declined since Lynd took over. People yelling, roaming, and playing loud Conjunto Corneto music at all hours of the night. Would be nice if I could actually sleep without interruption multiple times any given Thursday to Sunday. Some of us actually have jobs and pay taxes. Little Mexico much?! I saw an upstanding cretin urinate on the side of my building last night. If I had a nickel for every time I've seen the police out here. Doesn't seem to matter or change anything. The police just keep coming out. Every weekend. Rinse and repeat. Must be nice to live a world without consequences or repercussions. Just waiting for the gun fire, Zetas, and sex traffickers to take over. This place makes the Jerry Springer Show and ICE look like a joke. They clearly let ANYONE live here, and all 12 of them piled into a one bedroom apartment. Larissa, you're the purported "property manager" and these are your people. Please do something, ANYTHING, about all the miscreants, thugs, and hooligans that you let live and run rampant here, throwing their Corona and Dos Equis bottles and trash everywhere, including my doorstep. More like GHETTO Lakeline than "Legends". The only "legendary" thing about this place is how utterly atrocious it is. Such an absolute embarrassment to an otherwise nice community. The negative reviews could not be more spot on. Look elsewhere. Anywhere else. You can do infinitely better than here for your hard earned money. I now abhor this "apartment community", and am counting the minutes until my lease is up. It's putrid and void of any semblance of civility. Cue the canned response from the do-absolutely-nothing-about-the-mire from the property "manager" and, of course, the marketing team from Lynd. Instead of being so repeatedly "disheartened", how about actually cleaning up this place?"
"If you're the kind of person that doesn't want anyone telling you what to do, where to smoke, where the trash can is, how to park, and how loud its appropriate to be at 3am on a tuesday, this is the place for you! Theres roaches, trash everywhere, everything is falling apart. Everyone is loud all the time so no one complains, no one picks up after their dogs and no one cares. There is trash stacked so high in the single dumpster they never empty that it just blows around everywhere. No one can say its your litter if its EVERYONES litter! Also, the other day i found a bunch of nails under my car. Free nails! I dont know where they got those pictures in the description from, but it wasnt from any apartment of theirs ive seen. The actual apartments have an open floor plan and an even coat of paint over the entire apartment (including the light switches and little speckles on the scuffed floors) So if youre someone with low standards and a a problem with authority that wants to pay 1600 a month for a moldy apartment. Legends would love to take your money and then never speak to you again. 4 stars so that it wont get deleted."
"I moved in about 6 months ago, and I LOVE IT! My kitchen is my absolute favorite place to be in! The assistant manager Charlotte went the extra mile for me to make the move-in process go smoothly. The area outside my apartment is always kept up and clean. I've had one maintenance request in my 6 months here, and maintenance got right on it! I signed a 12-month lease and am not planning to move at renewal! I would definitely recommend moving/living here!"
