"GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! First and LAST time here! I came to this beauty supply store because it’s pretty big, & I figured I’d find everything I need to get ready for my company Christmas dinner, & I did. My hands did not go in purse until it was time to pay, & it was open the entire time. I pay, leave, & as I get in my car to leave, I see a security guard taking a picture of my license plate. I went inside to figure out why he did that. He said he called me, but I didn’t hear anything. Neither did the person on the phone with me. So I immediately returned everything I bought. I’m not giving my hard earned money to a store that treats clients like that. Now I’m at Walgreens buying everything I had bought at this store. & I know $20.00 isn’t a lot, but it’s the principle of the matter here. The security guard is a guy on a power trip because he has a little badge. Props to the cashier for immediately helping me though. UPDATE: I got everything I needed with no drama at Walgreens."
"I haven't had any issues with them. They are friendly and customer focused. I don't know why some people add negative reviews. I get tools and different items. Even my children love to go there. They have many things for everyone. I made a small video in the pressed comb area because I was looking for one for a long time and I had a discount on it?"
