"I've been to this location many times and have to say I find it appalling the condition of the areas for the tenants is in. It's always cluttered and unclean. When trying to locate a bathroom I saw the laundry room and breakroom, it's not fit for a dog. No pride of ownership or regard for others, sad. As for the stylists they are nice"

"Belinda is good but unfortunately not punctual with keeping track of clients appointments. Waited on a few occasions over half an hour for her to arrive. And once didn’t show up at all. Did not feel like I was a valued client."
"I love this place! It’s very pretty and clean inside. The people there are all super nice. I get my hair colored and cut by Traci. I can’t say enough good things about Salon 31 or Traci. I had been to the same hair stylist in Dallas for nearly 20 years and was super scared to change stylist as my hair is super thin and fine and hard to deal with. I’m so glad I went by the reviews for this Salon and gave them a try. Traci had my hair looking fabulous the first cut and color. I also bought some of their products and over the last several months this product has helped my hair tremendously. It actually looks healthy even being so fine and thin. My spilt ends are repaired and my hair feels so soft and smells great. I went in today for a cut and color and agin Traci worked her magic and I came out looking fabulous. If you need a new stylist give this place a try. You won’t regret it!!!"
"My stylist was Belinda Davila in suite #4 and she was super awesome! I went in to get my first wax ever and she made sure I felt comfortable through it all. I had never got a wax because I was scared they would mess up my eyebrows, but you could tell Belinda had experience and knew what she was doing. I loved how she walked me through everything she was doing step by step, kept checking up on me to see how I was doing, asked if I had any allergies to the products used, and she was very sanitary and used gloves unlike other places I’ve seen which in my opinion is very important. I would definitely recommend her and will definitely be going back for a facial and anything else she offers!"
