"Got my eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination, loved it. Will be going there again"
"I’ve been a regular here for a while and recently got a lash lift. I can’t explain how bad my experience was. First, I had lash extensions so she began removing them by PLUCKING. She was tugging on my lashes and it hurt so bad….. until she finally put remover in the end. Some customers came in and I was laying there for like 20 minutes. She came back and didn’t even wash her hands from the customers she took care of. She proceeded with the lash lift and just kept opening so many items near my head, and some of them would touch me too. She completely disregarded the fact that my head was there. She also had her phone next to my ear for her alarms and it was so LOUD. Some of the product she was using on me burned my eyes as well.. and I don’t even like the results. I’m going on a trip tomorrow and my lashes are so curly that they touch my eyelids. They don’t look natural at all. I won’t be returning here ever again."
"Every time I walk in this place I get quick service. All of the staff is really nice and helpful. And most importantly they don’t mess up my eyebrows, I always come out looking like a new person! Jun’s customer service is by far the best! She actually fixed my eyebrows after having a bad experience somewhere else. I highly recommend you ask for her and go to this place!"
