"Conveniently located off the highway, But the rooms were quiet on the back side. Clean, but a little tired. Could use an upgrade but for the price it's a fair deal."

"Didn’t feel safe the motel was located in a sketchy area. Shady people all about the exterior doors were left unlocked because supposedly the card reader got water in them. The TV didn’t work the channels didn’t come in."

"Nice clean hotel but they do charge a pet deposit.. I had 2 small dogs & had to pay a $100 deposit.. It is not mentioned anywhere on their site or posted at the hotel, only was told when checking in.. Also noticed a sign saying they charge a $25 deposit for debit/credit cards.. So just be ready for a lot of deposits, especially if traveling with pets.."

"Went to San Antonio, Texas, just for overnight on Thanksgiving Nov 23, 2023 for my grandson's football game & my car was stolen around 1 a.m. & the attendant at the time saw my car being stolen and did not notify me nor any if the guest that a young man was trying to break into the cars neither did they call the police. I found out my car was stolen when we were checking out at 10:30 am. I asked, why did they have my car towed cause I gave my plate number at time of check in, And she said your car wasn't towed, it was stolen this morning around one a clock. I asked why didn't you notify me, she said I didn't know it was your car, I said sweetie when I checked in I had to give my plate number so all you had to do was look it up by the rooms, better yet you should have called the police. They watched the young man go from car to car and did not call the police we had to call the police when we were checking out 9 and half-hour later, they didn't even want to let us stay in the lobby they said the lobby was closed. Remind you I live 4 hours away & It was cool outside and we had no where to go. So while we were sitting outside waiting for the police I saw them let a lady out the lobby and then back into the lobby who did not work there cause the attendance had to unlock the doors. . It has been 4 days now & I have been reaching out to the general manager for a full refund and he has not returned my call, the people at the front desk keep hanging up on me. But I have reached out to an attorney & as of this day I have not gotten my car back & 1 of my sons Debit Card is being used and they have not reached out to me as of yet.... POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR STAFF......"

"Checked in the room open soap on floor fridge still had open water bottles blankets full of cigarette burns pillows thin towels are stained. Then I was accused of taking a large towel so they kept my deposit horrible 1 elevator save your money go to a better quality hotel"
