“Went in to pick up some bearings for my bandsaw. Not knowing some of the newer brands I picked up what I knew back when I skated, Bones. I needed bearings that were double sealed with rubber seals. Walking out to my car I cracked them open only to find out they were not. Went back in and exchanged them for another pair. They looked double sealed in the package. I opened them up on the way to my car and the same thing. Went back in and tried another pair. The gentlemen opened them up before exchanging them and they were just what I needed. I didn't catch his name but he was awesome. Very friendly and understanding to my needs. Thank you sir very much!”
