"Great store; vibrant selection. I bought my daughter a gift for Christmas and I ended up buying it too big -yikes - so while we were in Amarillo again tonight we stopped by to exchange for another size. The sweet girl at the counter was embarrassed to point at the little sign that says ‘no returns, no exchanges, all sales final’ and I felt bad for her. Such a rigid policy for a really cool store. Makes it impossible to purchase gifts for relatives or friends here, unless you bring them with you to try on and purchase. So lesson learned: cool store but management makes it avoidable."

"I used to work for the Edgy Cowgirl and little does everyone know the owner is super rude and degrading to her employees. The Owners turnover rate is crazy how many people she has work for her and then quit. I’ve had multiple old employees tell me how degrading and how she micromanages everything. It’s an unhealthy work environment and i feel like more people should know the behind the scenes of the Edgy Cowgirl!"
