"I will preface this with stating that we were ultimately compensated in full for the load we delivered for TWX Logistics LLC- but one of the staff members we dealt with regarding being paid in full was incredibly unprofessional. We had submitted our paperwork and invoice on time but they claimed they never received it. Instead of simply inquiring as to where the paperwork/invoice was when they couldn't find it, they waited until a month after the fact to send us a threatening email claiming they would reduce our rate if they didn't receive our paperwork. I explained to them that we absolutely would not be receiving a reduced rate as the paperwork had already been submitted over a month ago and I sent a screenshot of the email we had sent to prove that. It only went downhill from there as apparently the individual I was dealing with is too arrogant to admit that she was in the wrong with the way she proceeded to handle herself. The correspondence sent and attitude displayed by Candace S. was just downright trashy, not sure how else to describe it. The attitude she displayed towards me, if she displays the same towards other business partners, is a liability to TWX. From the looks of other reviews though, it appears TWX has quite a few employees who desperately need a refresher course on how to handle themselves in a professional manner and maintain business relationships. Proceed with caution if you work with this broker, we certainly won't be doing so again."

"Ordered the truck and didn't pay a TONU The truck got to the PU but they refused pay TONU. He gave a choice to take a cheap load instead. I would recommend to avoid companies like them if it is possible."
