"Look, this isn't a super nice building, the rooms are decent, but it is an older building. The appliances in the rooms are a bit worse for wear, but everything works. The rooms are CLEAN. The cable goes out during heavy storms. It's right next to the freeway so it can be a bit loud. It's a great location as far as being centrally located to a lot of DFW attractions. You wont need to worry about bugs, as they regularly have pest control come through. Now, the best part of this place is the staff. I cannot say enough good things about every single person who works here. All stellar people. Just straight up they are good people. I have been staying here for a while now due to a bit of a life crisis and they have all bent over backwards to make my stay a great experience. I have, on more than one occasion come in from work and gotten caught talking with whomever is at the front desk about life and whatever else. These people understand what it means to work in hospitality. They care about people and they care about their jobs."

"I don’t recommend at all. Stayed here for over a month terrible experience. Never had help with cleaning, new sheets and stuff needed. Had one incident where they charged my card $500 for another week without authorization which caused my bank to go NEGATIVE. Also the people that work there are always high or drunk. One employee Jay was drunk at the desk spilling food all over the place barley talking right. Also told use the other employee Wanda sells weed there. The manager Tarin is never there when needed or he’ll have workers lie and say he’s not there when he is due to not wanting to listen to complaints. The housekeeper is doing the front desk job when that’s not even her job. This place is just so unprofessional and trashy. Not worth the money that’s for sure!!!!!"

"Terrible service. Unprofessional as well. Housekeeping not done properly. Was even told by an employee to wash my own sheets. Everyone that works there is on drugs high everyday or drunk at the desk. You have to sit at the front desk forever just to get someone’s attention they are never at the desk. The price for this hote should be 20$ a day with the way they are here. Disgusting and so unprofessional"
