"The pharmacy staff has terrible customer service. I tried going here for about a year and it’s always hit and miss. The pharmacist are usually good but the staff is always bothered by your presence and are slow to fill prescriptions. Numerous times I had issues with prescriptions being sent and not filled or lost. My doctor would have to send multiple orders in order to have one filled. I would recommend going somewhere else. I switched to the CVS in west lake and it’s been amazing. No issues at all."

"I have been filling scripts here for years and the last 3 have been very challenging. The first 2 they didn’t call to tell me they were out of the medicine. After 3 days I had to call both times to find this out. Today I waited a few hours and called and was told the same thing. The guy on the phone couldn’t have been more rude and said he had no Idea when the med would be in. I wish they could go back to the time when they actually treated you like a human and cared."
