"Took my truck in for a boost problem. They ran diagnostic on it and said it had an exhaust leak. They charged me $1000 to change the exhaust manifold gasket. I looked it up on a mechanic website and it said it was a 2 hour job. I had just changed this gasket 2 weeks prior to taking it to them so all the bolts were already broke loose. When I got it home I found one of the back bolts loose. They did tighten it when I called them and took it back. Still did not fix the problem. My fault for not getting a price before letting them do the work but who would have thought they would charge $500 an hour. P.S. after refusing to take it back to a shop I fixed it myself for $300 in parts. Who knows what that would have cost me at CBA."

"I scheduled appointment through Repair Pal for Carmax extended warranty. I’ve used Christian Brothers in the past in Arlington Texas. Loved the experience then and was extremely impressed to find out it is the same level of customer service and professionalism at the Beaumont location. The full auto inspection revealed unknown repairs that were needed in addition to the problem of my car having starting issues. The repairs needed were extensive and gratefully two thirds were covered by my extended warranty. The customer service was exemplary and communication superior. Their knowledge and professionalism as well as keeping their timeline for the repairs to be completed were spot on! The facility is extremely clean and cozy comfortable for the long wait for the diagnosis and repairs quote to be completed. I highly recommend Christian Brothers and will gladly return for all of my auto service needs."
