"This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. It’s the only Mazda dealership near me and I have suffered for the last six years. I have reached my limit on paying for horrible service and they are SLOW AF. They kept my vehicle two days, said it was the battery and never changed it. They tried to get to it when I said I was coming to get it and still charged $194 to run the test. Rip off!"

"Horrible service, I scheduled to have my van worked on. They said bring it at 7:30am. I was there and I was told I had to wait for several people in front of me, which they estimated to be 3-4hr wait before they even got to my van. Apparently appointments are not really appointments, just first come first served."

"The customer service within the service department has been very poor. There has been a lack of communication of what has been going on with my vehicle through any of my service repairs, with a variety of service advisors. With the most recent and ongoing services, they had my vehicle for 3 weeks trying to figure out why the vehicle would not start but they only contacted me twice. Otherwise, I had to call to inquire as to what was going on. I have contacted the manager of the service department and they said they were within their policies since my vehicle is under warranty. So do they not have to keep the owner updated when the vehicle is under warranty? They made repairs and the vehicle was picked up November 7; however, the service ticket invoice was not ready. They stated it could be up to a week to finish the document but they knew I needed the vehicle back. As of yesterday (November 15), they still had not provided the document and it seems like they are avoiding it. Everyone is pointing fingers as to who is the hold up instead of just finishing it. They have also stated that they will reimburse us for a tow we paid October 14 to get our vehicle out of the middle of an intersection when it died, but haven’t heard anything on that either. The vehicle is now back with them for the same starting issue and a transmission issue."

"If there is one thing I absolutely hate when dealing with a business is being lied to. Not once but twice. Brand new Mustang needed the first service so here I come to a local ford dealership to not give them any reason to void my warranties. Talked about my already cracked windshield. Guy gives me a quote, tells me they are ordering and that he will call me in two weeks or so when it arrives to get it installed. Well a month later I call to check on this, and I am told they have nothing showing they ever ordered me a windshield. After asking how this can be being that my service was reported to my Ford Pass, lady tells me they will get right on it and before the end of the day someone from their parts department will call me back. Well that call never happened. We are now about two months later and nothing. My crack is growing with each and every passing day. So now I am no longer returning here to buy a car, to service my cars, or for any other reason related to my Mustang. Will give a chance to other dealerships instead even if I have to drive a bit further."

"I have brought my car in TWICE within the last week to have a simple recall fixed.. it is still not fixed. I’ve also never once had a sensor issue with this vehicle yet the day I get it back from Kinsel, there’s suddenly a sensor fault which they’re putting on me. We have called more than once requesting to speak to a manager about this and have yet to receive a call back. Unbelievably awful experience."
