"I’ve been to Hospital ER’s and other Urgent Care facilities but I have never been more pleased than today. The receptionist was forthright, helpful, courteous and accommodating. The nurse was efficient in checking vitals and wrapping my treated wound at the end. The PA was amazing in cleaning, diagnosing, explaining and treating my cut finger. My time was not wasted and I left feeling like a valued patient."

"I came here because reviews were decent but they must be fake or something because as soon as I walked in. The front desk lady was yelling at this guy in English to wear a mask and he doesn’t speak any English (he needed a translator). Definitely not how you treat people. Then I waited 1 hour and 40 min for a physical that only took 5minutes. Before this I thought they forgot about me so I went to check and the PA was sitting down (maybe she was charting idk) I got bad vibes from the moment I walked in. More like negative vibes but now I know better next time"

"Front desk employee was very calm and professional during this very busy day. PA and practitioner were also very nice and helpful. The long wait (3 hrs) could have been better with more staff. Too many people decided against the long wait time, which I don’t blame them. Money walking out the door in my opinion….literally. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience."
