"I was in need of a wax service. Brazilian to be exact. I am experienced in getting Brazilian waxes so i know it hurts a little but it’s not painful however here at this location she used soft wax and by the first rip i knew something wasn’t right. I stopped her immediately. The pain was excruciating to say the least. I left with a bald patch. I’m sure they do good threading but go to a professional for any type of Brazilian or bikini waxing."
"I had previously given this place 5 stars only because Maya does a great job, however, my last 2 experiences have been disappointing. My last visit, the lady DeeDee scraped the heck out of my face, resulted in my face being irritated and broken out in bumps for a week. The previous visit the lady cut my face 3 times in one sitting. No apologies or offering to fix the problem. I don't think I'll be recommending this place mor returning for services anymore."
