"I really like this salon! The quality of the treatment, hairstyling, and care are all very professional. Most of the stylists are from Korea and are very well trained for Asian hair types. They offer not just hair styling (cut, perm, keratin treatments), but they also offer shoulder up spa treatments! And for all haircuts and perms, they start you off with a veryyy soothing and relaxing shampoo, massage, and wash! Highly recommend!"

"Service and styling is mediocre at best. I wanted a simple straight + slight c curl but was talked into getting a setting perm (even though I specified that I did not want waves and showed a picture of what I wanted). The stylist described what she saw and confirmed she could execute the design. However, she did not style my hair as requested. Also, there was a lack of transparency with pricing, which is unfortunate. Their setting perm is $180 (for short), but my bill jumped to $300 (for long hair). While I generally expected an added cost due to length of hair, I would have appreciated if the cost had been more up front and communicated properly when I had called and asked. Updated: It’s been a few weeks since the perm, and the style obviously still doesn’t look anything like what I asked for. (The stylist had said to twist my hair inwards for it to look like the photo I showed her. So no, it does not work like that.) I’m still upset about the results and the wasted time, money, and chance for my hair to be designed the way I wanted. While I’ve visited this salon a few times (for cuts) and have taken friends here, I will never be going back again."

"This is a gem of a place. My hair stylist was Andy whom I highly recommend! He is very kind and listens to your requests in great detail! He is very good at creating the perfect color for your hair as well as haircutting/styling! They also have massage chairs where they wash your hair which was a nice plus! Will definitely be back!"
