"Ruined my color. Did not listen to what I wanted. She has done well two times before, but went renegade and turned my hair copper orange with uneven color throughout. She was busy and handled a few people at the same time. Texted her 2x to confirm another appointment to fix this mess, no response. It is holiday time and I understand things are busy but I was upset with the color outcome and was patronized by her comments all if which did not make me feel any better. I don't know if I should have her correct the color, to be frank, I am nervous about that. She really is a great person and mistakes do happen. But I was patronized and really blown off this is how I felt leaving the salon with a terrible hair color during a special holiday time. I simply don't know if I should go back or find another hairdresser"
