"I Moved in June of 2022. And OMG.I HAD FIGURED IT WOULD OF BEEN BETTER THAN WOODWAY SQUARE. BUT I MAD A BIG MISTAKE. Maureen WAS THE MANGER.& THEY MOVED HER HERE ALONG WITH HANNAH.AT 1ST.WELL I MOVE TO WOODWAY VILLAGE CHECK EVERYTHING OUT. WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG. WELL I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT YOU COULDN'T USE THE FRONT DOOR TO LOAD IN OR LOAD OUT.SO Apparently.Yiu HAVE TO BRING IN YOUR FURNITURE THROW THE GARAGE LOL.SO EVEN THE SOFA,BEDS ETC.I GOT WRITTEN UP 2 TIMES FOR USING THE FRONT TO LOAD & UNLOAD.SAD.I HAVE Ten divided and corporate tunnel on both hands.So They JUST DIDN'T CARE .I NEVER THOUGHT THAT MARUREEN WOULD BE LIKE THAT. THAT THE OTHER APT. SHE WAS SO TOTALLY DIFFERENT. SO IF OR WHERE EVER.THEY WORK AT I FEEL SO SORRY FOR WHAT COMPANY THEY BOTH GO .IT'S NOT WORTH LIVING WHERE EVER THEY ARE WORKING . IT'S ALSO SAD THAT IF THE COMPANY WAS GOOD TO THEM BOTH WHY WORK FOR THEM AND LEAVE THEM WITH A BAD REPUTATION. YOU ARE SPOSE TO CARE FOR THE PLACE YOU LIVE OR WORK . MAY GOD FORGIVE YOU & PRAY YOU WILL DO BETTER WHEREEVER YOU WORK AT.. WELL HOW YALL WATCH OUT . Investigate.Before you MOVE Any place they work or you gonna live at . Thank you"

"I've been living here since May at first the management Hannah was ok but as time went on I got a call about having work done on my car I was told it wasn't allowed but I've seen multiple people working on cars thru out the complex. Second my boyfriend comes over on a daily basis cause we carpool he is a mobile mechanic so sometimes he takes a shower and change clothes well I received a notice of lease violation because management claims he lives there with no proof only that they see him daily. I tried to explain this to Hannah but she has her own beliefs. I refuse to live like this so I will be talking to my therapist and the tenant council so I can move ASAP. We haven't caused any problems nor do we hang outside we don't bother the neighbors so why are we being targeted just cause they see him daily.The visitor parking is always full with cars I've seen for months. I would not recommend these apartments if you have company on a daily basis especially a man. Moving is the best thing for me."

"These apartments are the worst I've ever encountered. My mother resided here for four years, and while it started off well, everything went downhill during the big Snow storm in 2021. Her apartment collapsed from the top pipes burst, and she lost nearly all her belongings. The landlord/manager, Maureen Tyler made promises that the apartment would be completely fixed and restored. However, when the contractors arrived, they only addressed surface-level issues; such as replacing cabinets and flooring. Shockingly, upon closer inspection, we discovered extensive mold, both black and green lurking beneath the cabinets and flooring. Instead of properly dealing with the mold, they simply covered it up with paint, new cabinets, and flooring. This is unacceptable! I strongly advise against choosing this place. While I understand it is low income, you deserve far better. Take a look at the pictures below for evidence."

"Five⭐️ living yup I have been a residence here for a few years and will say I LOVE IT!!!I Love that the property is always kept up well & maintained well and I would like to Thank Management Maureen for such a great job done!!I Love the fact that if I have any issues Management is so understanding and gets to the solution right away. Yes I understand with the Covid situations for there safety office has been closed at times but I could always communicate through phone. If I have any maintenance issues or need anything I never have issues. Another thing I Love it's Pet friendly here. The only thing that I would like & while on here is mention that there are residents that don't pick up after there pets and that can become a problem. Please neighbors let's keep this property lawn clean and Beautiful. Again Thank You again Woodway Village Mng & crew for all that y'all do. Blessings to you all"
