"I called to get a quote on our AC unit that was freezing up, they were quick and responsive to get out to us. But they told us we needed to replace several parts and pushed very hard for us to finance through them to replace the unit completely. I got a second opinion, and it turns out ONE part needed to be replaced for over $1000 LESS than quoted from this company and it DID NOT need to be replaced at all. They clearly try to take advantage of unknowing people and have no problem taking money from people in desperate need. Avoid this company, or AT LEAST get a second opinion."
