"Would love to give ZERO stars. After being on the road all day, had a late check-in. We were tired and didn't want to go out, so went down to the Bistro. We stopped at the counter to place our order and were told to take a menu and find a place to sit; the young man said he'd be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later no one had stopped by our booth. The young man waited on a steady stream of guests walking up to the counter. They are definitely understaffed for what was obviously a busy time of night. We finally gave up and left. Too bad.....I'm a good tipper!!"
