"I have loved living at the Viridian. When ever I have to grab my packages from the front office rishi is always there to greet me! It's great seeing a friendly face! The rooms are pretty big with high ceilings. The reason im giving it 4 stars is because since moving in my water has had to been shut off multiple times due to the retail stores out front. After the last time the water was shut off I have not been able to get any hot water in my shower"

"I called and got the opportunity to speak with the leasing manager, Madison, she was such a pleasure to speak with. I was considering getting a unit at this apartment but being out of state, I had quite a few questions regarding the process, apartment amenities, etc. she was so helpful and friendly the entire conversation and truly have never had that kind of experience with any apartments (I’ve lived in 4). Although I can not speak about the apartment itself, the customer care is 10/10. Thank you again Madison!"

"I am rating this apartment community a 1 star, but it is getting 0 stars in this post, my son is in college and moved in on Thursday, Aug. 18th. He was never able to even view the unit before the move in date. When he received his keys to finally move in, the unit was disgusting, the toilet was dirty and didn't look like it was cleaned in months, the sink was clogged and had human and dog hair in it, and stuffed down the drain. The tub was dirty and not cleaned at all. The living room area wasn't clean, and the sofa was stink, dirty and had dog hair all over it. We were told on Friday, Aug. 19th that it would be cleaned, but nothing has happened as of the date of this post, this is unacceptable and something will be done about it, we are not allowing this apartment community to get over on our son or anyone else that is experiencing this."

"I heard the new management is the same management from the Arch denton. I really hope that the administration Team keep up with maintenance (pool cleaning, gym, dog park cleaning after people who have pet feces everywhere that causes areas and atmosphere to smells deadly). I expect lavish upkeep of the resident and not have the place looking disgusting and filthy. I hope that maintenance response to issues promptly just like how they are quick to ask for Rent payment on due days and I hope this place and the management are not lazy and do their best to keep the good reputation of Viridian Denton. Looking forward to clean community with hard working reliable Administration teams that cares about the health of students/residents through their actions and not just about collecting rent payments when due."

"Very nice staff and maintenance crew, brandon especially went out of his way to help with any issues very sweet guy!! Only problem was the apartment complex isn’t kept up with and very messy, especially the pool. Was very disappointed, but I guess you can’t expect much from student living. Kinda sad… the students have a big role to play in the mess."
