"It is very disppaointing the number of times the water testing machine has been out the last 12 months at the Research store. Two functions you expect from this store, water testing and pool supplies, when 50% of what you do isn't oeprating correctly then get a new water testing machine."
"Leslie Pools is not the same experience after they bought out Texan Pools. Walked in and the place smelled of cigarettes and the guy said they were smoking outside in back. They must not have door closed. They never have the inventory needed to maintenance pools. Customer service is not welcoming. Going to need to find new place to maintenance my pool."

"Normally we get very good service at this store, and we have bought hundreds of dollars here. Today we needed help with our cleaner, but since we did not buy the new hose there, person in charge told me that they will not help if parts were not bought at the store, even though they are original Polaris parts. I was planning to pay for the work, I was not looking for free service. We will find another store that can provide a friendlier customer service. Lost one good customer."
"I was in the store yesterday to have my Polaris P39 pool cleaner looked at. Brian examined the drive system and quickly determined that there was a gear issue. He changed the part out and had me on my way in 10 minutes at no charge. Brian is always helpful and always has great customer service. Great store!"
