After waiting an hour for a pool table, I was shocked when Gina, the staff member, not only overcharged me but also used explicit language when I was simply retrieving my ID. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Save your money and choose a different place with better service."

"Been coming here for over 8 years and the staff is so wonderful! Literally like family! The culture is very much inviting and bartenders are always welcoming and attentive! Karaoke is done on Tuesdays and the community is very much involved and inviting! I always recommended my friends to this bar because of its genuine customer service and friendly staff."
