"Beautiful park and great trail. If you are considering cycling here, get a bell or practice using your SHOUTING voice to announce your passing. Perhaps because of the nearby road, or wind or birdsong, pedestrians cannot hear your bike or your slightly elevated voice until you are passing, which isn’t enough warning. I’ve been on both sides of this argument, and I’ve finally noticed a lot of cyclists in this area don’t use the shouting voice until they’re angry that you didn’t move out of the way in the direction they wanted. Pedestrians, listen carefully. Cyclists, be louder."

"After months of absence because of the road construction, I figured today's overcast condition was a great day to visit and go for a short jog/walk. The trail's condition is excellent with no litter of any kind. The clouds covered the sun most of the way and the constant breeze made the whole exercise very enjoyable."
